My approach

Human centric

We were born and raised with technology, and have worked in tech for over a decade. But while we are fully immersed in the digital world, we never lose site of the fact that we are all humans who show up to work as our whole selves and are craving connection and impact.

Reliable

When clients come to us, they are looking to invest in their organization and their people. We in turn, invest in them by becoming a true partner that they can rely on. We take on our clients’ needs as if they were our own. We are rigorous in our methodology and take pride in the consistency of the quality of our work.

Self-awareness

While our practices focus on teams and interpersonal dynamics, we start our sessions with the exploration of the self. We know that in order to work with others and to build relationships, we need to first understand who we are, what we believe, and how we react to different scenarios. Empowering individuals with skills in emotional intelligence and psychological mechanisms results in them becoming better team members and leaders.

Systemic

Systemic work is about lifting up unconscious patterns.
It enables the team to understand why certain behaviors manifest inside their group and to interpret them as a sign of things happening in the wider organizational system. We don’t focus on the details or the individual, but on the whole.

Vulnerable

This work will go deep, fast. Together with our clients we create safe spaces for vulnerability and honest communication about the issues that keep them up at night. In many cases this is the first time you have said your worries out loud or shared them with anyone. We know that our work can only happen when we truly understand our clients’ needs.

Nothing left unsaid

We’ve all been in meetings where what is not said takes up more space than anything covered on the agenda. In our sessions we believe that as long as participants are empathetic and respectful to others, nothing is off limits. We want you to be able to talk about everything, including: giving and receiving feedback, daring to have difficult conversations with teammates/clients/suppliers/investors, voicing concerns as well as wishes for the future.
