On the core interpersonal skills all companies need to thrive: leadership, resilience, decision-making, feedback, difficult conversations, emotional regulation, team dynamics and others. I can host these sessions onsite, offsite or online.

I work with teams as an interim HR department, to set up the right systems and structures that fit your unique company culture. I build a long-term relationship as partners creating a tailor-made plan in line with your company’s evolving needs.

Talent Acquisition.

 

Focus on creating your unique hiring process in order to attract, select and retain the best talent that fits into both the role and the company culture. We will establish infrastructure and methodology for recruitment, hiring, on boarding and integration to avoid a culture of “old guard” vs “new staff”.

 

First Time Managers.

 

Transitioning from individual contributor to team manager can be tough and scary... I will work with both the company and the first time managers to define their personal and professional development goals, afterwards we’ll start a coaching process to help them become confident leaders.
